Tim was very thorough in his inspection of our potential new home. He approached the inspection with the utmost professionalism but still maintained a personable attitude. He welcomed us to walk through the house with him and encouraged us to ask questions without hesitation. After the inspection was finished he went over everything he checked, potential issues that were found, and recommendations for future maintenance. The inspection report was completed and sent to us a couple hours later and looked great. Overall I'd give Tim an A+. Quality product at a great price.
