Stan did an outstanding inspecting our new home. He quickly found a serious water issue, where fiberoptic contractors had damaged the pipes that delivered the water into the house. He quickly informed seller and they were able to get the Oxford Water people out, and ultimately a plumber to repair the damage. This was excellent.
