Steve conducted one of the greatest home inspections and executed an in depth report that satisfy a customer and met industry standards. By abiding by county codes, identifying non compliance components in the house and ensuring the structure of the home is within regulation. He applied excellent attention to detail, to each segment of his inspection, further investigation of possible moist during finding as well as offering a repeat visit to confirm whether the rain was culprit of mildew stain discovered in various areas of the exterior of home. Steve's reporting criteria met my satisfaction as a homebuyer in order to safeguard my interest and especially helping to encourage the seller to fix last minute discrepancies with the house before the final sale.
