For my first time trying to buy a home and having no idea what i'm doing or looking at, Shea helped ease my mind and gave me a lot of confidence in the situation. Shea Sundstrom did exactly what I needed him to do; help me make an informed decision. He is knowledgeable, takes the the time to look over any concerns and pays attention to detail. In addition, he was prompt, was able to set up an inspection that worked with everyone's schedule, and he was incredibly fast with his report. His report includes pictures with arrows pointing to any problems. Not only was he a great inspector, he is a nice and genuine person. In the house we looked at I got stuck in a large pothole in the driveway and he helped push me out.
