I have Known Tory Hunnicutt Probably around the start of his business, at least 20 years. He inspected a house for my daughter, when I decided to buy a home he was the first person I thought of. And I am glad I did. He and his team were very thorough and polite. They explained everything to me very easily and completely. The 1st house they inspected they detected something I didn't even notice but I should have. As soon as they told me I was like how did I missed that. Tory and his team are the best in the industry. Very thorough and patient with my clients. He takes time to explain the process, and he informs my client about the home they are purchasing.
