Buying a home is a huge investment. I am thankful that I chose Tyler as my inspector . I am buying my home sight unseen and moving across the US. Tyler returned my phone call immediately and was able to do our inspection very soon after I called him. We received our report within 24 hours, despite our appointment being Saturday afternoon. Tyler was available for an inspection on a Saturday afternoon and arrived in a timely manner (he actually beat us there by a few minutes). He was ready to get the outside of the house inspected before it started raining so was anticipatory when it came to priorities. Tyler arrived before I did and didn't waste time waiting around. He'd already nearly finished the outside inspection. Tyler was polite, well spoken, clean, well groomed and considerate of myself and the sellers. I found him very detailed. Not once did I feel rushed or that I was an annoyance as I followed him around. Winds were gusting over 40mph with temp. at 12 degrees F. That didn't stop Tyler from suiting up and inspecting a second time under the crawl space. Even after a couple of hours, instead of trying to high tail it out of there, he asked if I had any further questions. I had internet access to download my report the following day...just 16 hours later. And I know he was leaving the home to attend a b-day party for his son. So I assume he worked late to finish the report at promised. The report has pictures of any issues and a movie of an active leak he'd discovered. NO better way to prove a point than seeing and hearing the water leaking! Thanks Tyler!!
