As a fellow veteran, I selected him initially because he is a veteran. Talking on the phone and in person, Joseph is extremely polite and professional. During the inspection, he showed he has a keen eye and he explained everything to me as he was doing it. He explained what he was seeing, why it was an issue, and why it was important to have it corrected. I would absolutely use Joseph again.

As a first home buyer, he explained to me in detail every aspect of the house I was buying. He was very knowledgeable in his field of work and I felt confident with the results that he gave me. I learned a lot by walking around with him during the inspection. The report he gave me was very detailed and had a quick turnaround time. He not only helped me inspect the house but also gave pointers on what is the most efficient way to fix the problems. Joseph is extremely knowledgeable, professional, courteous, personable, and helpful. He knows his stuff. He took his time systematically going through the entire house, and I don't think a stone was left unturned. If there was something that could not be known (by anyone) he will tell you that. My realtor even remarked that he has known some excellent inspectors, and that he thought Joseph was very thorough - checking things he has seen other inspectors not even check. Even more impressive was his final report, complete with pictures and arrows and everything. He was sure to mention every single thing that is or could possibly be an issue , or needed further inspection, so that as a buyer you will get all the leverage you could get. Joseph did this so well, the only questions I had for him in some cases was whether certain issues were really something serious, or something that would probably never really be an issue - but that should be noted in any case for leverage! But as inspectors should, the report gave me every opportunity to demand further scrutiny from a subject matter expert ( such as deck, hvac, mold, termite, etc) . Joseph did a great job and I would absolutely recommend him as your home inspector.

Joseph was timely, friendly, and engaging. The inspection was very thorough and he explained everything he did as he did it as well as answered questions I may have had as he walked through the home. Joseph also writes detailed report ad had it to me the same day of the inspection. Last bt not least Joseph is wonderfully priced especially for a single working parent as myself and if for some reason I do not move into the home I had inspected today I will continue to call Joseph until I finally close on the right home for my family.
