I had my home inspected by your company, since my purchase I have replaced the AC, had an electrical issue in the kitchen and the outside outlet. I notified the office, I was asked for my phone number which should have since you did 2 inspections for me. You were suppose to call and come look at the issues with the inspector. I never received a call, never heard from you. I paid for an inspection so I would not have to be putting out all this money on a newly bought home. I have the home warranty but that is a $75.00 charge every time they come out. What annoys me the most is no response, once you get your money you don't want to hear from customer. Poor way to run a business.

Bill and his team did a very thorough job. Bill took the time to answer all the buyer's questions with comfort and ease. It was a large home and it took 3 hours, and taking the time for the buyer's was worth every minute. I will absolutely use Bill on my future transactions.
