If the lack of care I feel as a customer is any indication, then what I'm sharing may not matter much, but I feel it should be stated anyway.
Some of the issues I documented after we moved in, I believe, could have been averted had your inspection been more thorough.
Since issues did show up, and if for no other reason then to honor your company pledge of customer satisfaction, my concerns should have been given some legitimacy and at least a timely response.
As it turns out, the only time I received any reply was when I called after days of waiting ... Then, Lord knows by who, on your company's generic tech problem board.
The first time I called, the dispatcher made it seem like my concerns were important and that both you and the owner would be advised of the need to get back to me asap ... I asked for a re-inspection and got a request for pictures ... etc.
I was told when I called in yesterday, before I 'd realized the 90 day warranty had expired, I should be receiving a call back from the owner - that never happened ... And the pattern continues right to the very end with my request for a refund ... Don't get me wrong, getting the cost of the the inspection back will be helpful, but even how that was handled feels like "the royal brush off."
If history is the tell, I understand that I'm not likely to get any further response from you or the company ... Just thought you should know I remain not happy with your services.
