Thorough and detailed.
This was more or less a go in blind see what you find type of thing and did a great job.
This could have been a fight with the builder (and still might be about the insulation/HVAC) but very clearly they have work to do.
So even on a brand new house, get it inspected and save thousands potentially in after sale contractors so the builder does it right in full in the first place.

Brody did the second or final inspection after the house was 'completed' and ready for 'occupation'. Brody and company still found defects, although small/minor, that will affect your life in the long run. Also, I was given a 'punch list' which I will send to the builder for warranty, repair, and/or replacement.
