We had never had to use a home inspector before and had heard awful stories about the surprise expenses incurred after a purchase because the home inspector did not do a complete and thorough inspection.
Ryan’s inspection of a manufactured home and outbuildings on property we were looking to purchase was 92 pages long ( lots of photos too) and had Incredibly detailed information on the HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roof, issues under the home, in the barn,....the list goes on. I showed the inspection report to a contractor and is comment was that he had never seen such a detailed and thorough report and appreciated the detail.
Ryan was professional, courteous, patient (with all of my questions) and provided us with such a detailed report that we now have a punch list of repairs based to eventually complete, based off the inspection report.
I will use Ryan again if I need to have a home inspection!
