Dear Butch Iam not sure if notification of home owners being smokers is in your list of checks. But unfortunately the owners of this property are, and we're not. Our realtor Debbie has been working with my Son Brandon to resolve this issue. Debbie sent in a cleaning lady who spent 2 days sanitizing and washing walls and she rented a ozone machine, carpets cleaned twice. Still the smells remain. Debbie is sending the cleaning lady back in to wash down the ceilings so my Son can paint. Also trying carpet fresh on carpet and leaving windows open overnight. If they inspection said smell of cigarettes was present we could have bargained for a paint job. Don't know if this will help you in the future but I hope so. Other then that ok.
