Steve arrived on time, spent about 2.5 hours on a 2000 sqft house, and was professional. He allowed me to shadow him to see the issues he detected and to learn about the house in general. He generated an extensive report by the evening of the same day, with plenty of pictures and clear explanations. Verbally he explained things very well too. I don't think you can download a copy of the report from your phone, but once I logged into the website from a computer I was able to print and download everything I needed. I also was able to create a repair list, adding my comments to items from the report, which is a nice feature. Positive experience!

Steve has done a few home inspections for us, and I can't say enough good things about him. I wouldn't use anyone else! Steve is a very personable guy, extremely thorough, professional, and is an expert in home inspection. He spends just as much time explaining the problems as finding them, so you know what you're facing. We had a home inspection scheduled during inclement weather, and it did not deter Steve from getting the job done. We also could not get the roof inspected at that time, and Steve came back and made sure the roof was properly inspected. If there are issues in the house, Steve will not miss them! We will not go with anyone else.
