Now, and I mean right now, you can get business reports using your HomeGauge Services — we call them Business Insights! Try it right now at your HomeGauge Dashboard (login required). Look for Business Insights on the main menu after you are logged in.

What kind of reports can I create with HomeGauge's Business Insights?

You can generate reports by city, zip, or by month — and see all your inspectors' volume. Getting ready to send out those holiday cards or figure out which REPs are getting popcorn tins this year? Run a report to see who your most used REPs are for any period of time. If you use HomeGauge's online Appointment Manager, you can get details on paid invoice totals, revenue per service, lead sources, and distance travelled per month. And this is just the beginning. We will be adding more reporting options in future updates.

The New Year is a great time for a new start!

The New Year is coming up, and we highly recommend making the switch to starting all appointments/reports directly on the Appointment Manager to get the most value out of your HomeGauge Services and Business Insights. Inspection appointments that get started with the Appointment Manager will have the most details to report on, plus it's a great way to get your online agreements going and setup your online invoices/payments. How do you do that? First, if you haven't yet, you will need to quickly setup your Appointment Manager. From your HomeGauge.com Dashboard, click on the Setup Appointment Manager button and follow the steps. Once that is done, from your HomeGauge.com Dashboard click on Start Report, or from the Appointments menu/calendar view select New Appointment.

Because we have thousands of reports a day, they will not be able to call everyone, but I wanted to let you know that we are trying to continually provide better service to you and your buyers. If you turn off the home warranty feature, your buyers will not be called.

Online Agreements Update

By request — by many requests — we have made a small change to HomeGauge's online agreement system. When you first setup an agreement, starting today, the REP will not have viewing permissions for it. You can turn it on for the REP if you like right when you are creating the agreement. See the screenshot below to see where the option appears (the highlighted area).
