ADT Program
HG announces the ADT program available now for HG Services inspectors! Do nothing and get paid $165.00 on every inspection that orders the ADT program! Here's how:
- Provide your customer a special ADT Security offer for a free installation and free equipment (never before offer). Your customer is never called, emailed or otherwise harassed. TRM
Finally, the first release of TRM (Time Release Messaging) is coming in December. Many of you pay per report for this feature with other management systems, but with HomeGauge, this will be included in HG Services!
Create html templates of letters or offers and have them emailed to your customer automatically based on the uploaded report date. Three months from now, send them one letter, in 6 months send another, and so on. Some inspectors say they will charge their service providers (i.e. energy auditors, pest control professionals, etc.) to send a promo letter for them to your customers! Look out per report fees, here comes HG Services! TRM will be included in the regular monthly or yearly fee!
HomeGauge website maintenance
The HomeGauge website will be down for a short period of time during the early morning hours of November 27th while we swap out the motor and add fuel injection to our new server! Goodbye slow server times and hello Greased Lightning!

The Spanish template comes with many built in comments that are both in English and Spanish. It does not translate your new comments, but provides bilingual version of commonly used pre-written comments. While you are logged into HomeGauge.com, click on the "Dashboard - My Agents" link. At the bottom of that page is a link to export your agents. You can save that file and use it to import your reps into other programs. Apr 8, 2009 12:23 PM

This is an exceptional idea. The next step is to be able to inform the Realtors of these features. I recommend a way to attach the letter HomeGauge created to "my Agents" via email using the email addresses listed in "my Agents".
