No setup or onboarding fees
Typically, payment processing solutions can be unnecessarily expensive and complex. HomeGauge has designed its rates to be as transparent and simple as possible so there are no surprises. Our rates are determined solely by whether the payment is made via a debit or credit card, and for credit card transactions the card brand (i.e. Visa, Master Card, Amex, or other). Most importantly, this improves security and there are no extra fees or minimum monthly fees to worry about! For the time being we are also waiving account setup and onboarding fees for all customers.
All HomeGauge Inspectors can access this new payment processing as part of your HomeGauge ONE subscription or services.

If you’re now ready to sign up for HomeGauge payments, allowing you to have all your business solutions under ONE roof, with enhanced security, very competitive rates and integration to your HomeGauge dashboard, here are some instructions to get started:
Rates for HomeGauge Payments
Debit card payments: 2.45% + $0.40 per authorization
Visa and Master Card credit card payments: 2.95% + $0.40 per authorization
Amex and other credit card payments: 3.09% + $0.40 per authorization
Other fees:
$20 per chargeback, $20 per retrieval, and $20 per arbitration. (These fees occur when one of your customers dispute a transaction. This is very rare in most cases.)
Please note that other processors often quote rates that do not include all the fees you must pay, such as card brand assessment fees, network fees, gateway and access fees, PCI fees, and minimum monthly fees. We don’t have any hidden fees with HomeGauge payments solutions.
