Shane is GREAT. Having met him since the 1st home inspection, his work and report is totally impeccable. He is very knowledgable and patiently answered all my questions. He also pointed out things that I overlooked and shared with me his two cents on how to resolve the issues. I appreciate both his professionalism as well as his personal tips. He is very thorough in his work and it has been a joy and wonderful learning experience. I appreciate him allowing me to accompany him during the inspections and I try to stay out of his way. Regardless, I know that each inspection is in great hands and that I can choose NOT to be present. But I will continue to choose to be present should future inspections arise, not just to meet up but mainly, because, Shane is great to work with, great company, and I value his input and advice.
