Todd Jones performed a very thorough inspection of the home. He climbed into in the attic and crawl space to perform the inspection in these areas versus looking from the door. He discovered a water leak that was found by crawling deep into the crawl space. Mr. Jones exceeded my expectations, and I'm a licensed professional engineer. Inspection report, including repair recommendations, was comprehensive and professionally prepared.
