We are buyers from out-of-state and had limited time to hopefully find a home and have it inspected while we were still in town. Our realtor had put Brian on standby in the event we found a home. When our offer was accepted Brian graciously agreed to do the inspection on a Sunday afternoon and made arrangements for us to meet with him on location where he gave us a recap of his findings. He also made his full reports available to us on Sunday evening which allowed us to review them the following day with our realtor. He also quickly responded to our realtor's email with a phone call regarding one of the items in the report that had us concerned. Brian's work ethic and knowledge are very apparent when you see the thoroughness of his final inspection reports. Brian did a PHENOMENAL job on my inspection. He found things that the average person would not notice at a glance. He literally found issues while we were just standing around talking causally before he even started the official inspection. He highlighted none issues, potential issues, and issues that needed to be addressed immediately. He also brought high end equipment that helped him do his job efficiently and gave me confidence that he knew what he was doing.
Above that, he had very good customer service. He stayed in contact with me up to the day of inspection, he rescheduled for me without a problem when we realized the house wasn't going to be ready on the original date, he was punctual on the time he said he would arrive, and he completed the inspection within a reasonable amount of time. He gave me great explanation of what he planned to do and asked me what were my areas of major concern before starting. Very top tear service for the regular going rate for a home inspection. I will definitely recommend his services to others.

Amazing work, was incredibly helpful and informational. Thorough would be an understatement as he was catching things that 3 of us couldn't even see. From the first contact via a phone call to set up an inspection, Brian was very professional, courteous, and helpful. I had lots of questions and he took the time to answer each one. H told me what I needed to do to prepare for the inspection. This allowed things to go very smoothly. We were on a time crunch, but he was able to get us scheduled in a timely manner. The way he schedules his appointments are good. It showed me he takes care of the customer and gives the inspection for them the time it deserves. When he arrived he was thorough and meticulous with his work. You do not just get the report, but there are pictures to show you every concern or item for awareness.
