My Service workers that came out after Mark Burroughs inspected a home for me said Mark is a genius at finding problems early. They were talking it up saying what a genius he was in finding the problems that were somewhat hidden. Mark was Far more thorough than any other home inspector I have seen. He spent 4 hours on the property and still sat down and went over everything he found no matter how big or small the issue. he also advised us of ways we could fix things easily to help save us money. If you are a first time home buyer and need that peace of mind of knowing everything big or small about your first house I would use Mark Burroughs and no one else for your home inspection
