Great experience with lavonnia, she was on time and very friendly. She took her time inspecting outside the home and then moved through each room showing different things and educating me on different appliances around the home to keep them up to date. Overall it took about 1.5 hour and I received my report later that day. Her report was very clearly written out with photos and arrows showing any areas of concern or attention was needed. Lavonnia provided a great inspection for our new home. I was originally not going to have an inspection, due to it being a new build. She found multiple items that needed to corrected, such as sealing issues and missing paint on the house. The builders are correcting everything she found and saved us money on fixes we would have had to do within the first year. Having bought houses previously, other inspectors found less items on a old home than she did on a new one. I feel like she took time and cared to make sure she provided a great report to us. I feel like other inspectors I've had just rushed through the process. During our walkthrough with the builders, they made a comment to my wife that the home inspector did a good job. Thank you!
