Jayme Clark is an exceptional Home Inspector! He is extremely professional, very knowledgeable, thorough, detailed, courteous and dedicated to providing the highest level of service to clients. I have worked with Jayme for several years, and my clients have always been very pleased with his service and impressed with his work. As a licensed General Contractor, Jayme is very knowledgeable of all aspects of home construction. Jayme uses state-of-the art investigative equipment, and his wide range of experience and attention to detail enable him to quickly identify problem areas and potential repair items. His Home Inspection Reports are very detailed with clear descriptions and color photos of his findings, and they completed and made available quickly! As an Agent, I have contacted Jayme on occasion for his opinion on something I may have encountered during a showing which might be questionable. Jayme has always been very responsive, accommodating, and generous with his time - even outside a regularly scheduled Inspection. He gives thoughtful, accurate answers. Jayme has a low-key, non-alarmist style, and he is exceptionally courteous. Jayme takes the time to review his findings, answer clients' questions, and address any concerns. He is also available after an Inspection to talk with clients and Agents about particular items noted in the Report for which additional information/explanation may be needed. A big plus is his understated, wry humor. In my opinion (and based on my years of experience in real estate and having attended hundreds, if not thousands, of Home Inspections), Jayme Clark is the BEST of the BEST when it comes to Home Inspectors.
