Ken did a great job, he took the time to explain each step of the inspection to me. He gave great home maintenance tips and explained the workings of the plumbing, HVAC and sump pump. What a great experience. When Ken Bukowski was unable to get under the home due to a narrow passage, he asked the Seller to create an opening for the crawl space. Once the opening was complete, he rearranged his schedule to come back out to the house and get the inspection competed within 24 hours- Thanks Ken!
