Home built in 1995, 2000sqft w/pool.
Karl with A-1 was very thorough, knowledgeable and spotted several issues a previous inspector (different company) missed. Additionally he clarified items that the previous inspector listed incorrectly.
He used an infrared thermometer and thermal imaging to determine insulation deficiencies and HVAC system performance.
Highly recommended.
