The inspector has failed to discover the refrigerator has had a cooling system issue that caused by a broken compressor at the time of conducting home inspection for us. in the report he has check-mark indicating the fridge works in perfect condition. But we ended up paying a big bucks to hire an appliance service to replace a brand new compressor right after we completed closing transaction. Would not recommend its business to anyone else for sure.
