If I may be so bold, I would like to make two recommendations:
1. Please consider numbering the pages of your report.
2. PLEASE...when there is a suspicious area concerning the possibility of mold, please, change your report so that it reads mildew/mold and not the current mold/mildew. At inspection it cannot be said that it is mildew or mold and there is just no need to put the really scary word first.
Just my thoughts. Would make a Realtor's job soooooo much easier.
