We use moisture meters!!! Bathroom shower/bath enclosures,bathroom floors and accessible internal sections of exterior walls any unusual stains are checked for possible moisture.
For the ultimate in non destructive testing we offer Thermal Imaging.This provides us with possible water entry,lack of structural components,lower or lack of insulation,heat loss,location of infloor and ceiling heating systems as well as numerous other capabilities.
