My client contacted Jamie to perform a home inspection prior to completing a purchase of a house. Jamie was early, explained the whole process and got right to work. Upon completion of his inspection, he had the client meet him and he walked them through the entire report and showed them where the issues were.
Although I had never meet Jamie before, he made my client and myself confident that the inspection was done professionally, the report arrived on time and was dialed in and to the point. In addition he sent a dashboard where you can select the portions of the report that are of concern, which then creates an importable list to use on your request.
Jamie will be my go to Home Inspector in the future. Nice Job Jamie.
