I've never had an inspector go above and beyond like Charles. He is a man who really cares and seems to put his heart into his work. He caught several issues that had been missed by a prior inspector, as well as issues that had been missed by three roofing contractors I had come out to assess my roof. Charles is extremely skilled, knowledgable, friendly, and spent a lot of extra time with me carefully explaining the details of all the issues he discovered at my house. I have already hired him again to go inspect the roof at my mom's house that was just finished. I couldn't recommend Charles enough.

Charles Coffelt performed the inspection on our new home. This is my first home so I didn't know what to expect. We are extremely impressed with the thoroughness of his inspection. Charles was the ultimate professional. We went over the house together and he answered all of my questions and gave me guidance and a very detailed report on all the items that needed to be repaired or to have checked out for a further assessment. He gave me a great picture (yes photos) of what the issues to the house were, and potential issues that could be a problem down the road. He has a background in construction, and it showed.
