My Name is Matt G. I resided in New Jersey at the time I purchased my Condo in Stuart. I Hired Adam Vincent's firm to complete a home inspection. Prior to the inspection and payment, Adam thoroughly reviewed with me and was quite specific on how detailed the inspection would be. Great job of doing the inspection on the house. He was honest enough to ask if I wanted to stop when he found an infestation of termites before completing the inspection. Adam was recommended by the realtor and he went above and beyond doing a great job. As for the termites, not a big deal for me since I am a carpenter/contractor's daughter and have been involved in a prior home that was tented. I know that the major problem would be if the walls and roof had evidence of damage and before I could ask Adam, he told me there was no signs of softness on the walls above the area where the termites were coming out of a tree stump. There was also no signs in attic. Adam explained some of the missing items and things that might be required by the insurance company which I appreciate. He was very fast and through. I would/will use Adam again! Thanks for the great job and all the information.
