Michael Thomas of Cornerstone Home Inspections did an amazing job. He was extremely thorough, professional and helpful. Half of the items he found we never would have found on our own and the builder now needs to address. We had a written report with pictures the day of the inspection that we were able to forward by email. In addition we spoke to him by phone and he pointed out what we needed to have repaired or replaced and there were many. He provided a list of the most important items as well. We had to reschedule our inspection and he was so flexible. He returns all calls immediately. Michael is clearly someone who knows how to do his job and we will be calling him back before our warranty is done to check to be sure items were done.

Michael is definitely the most detailed oriented and thorough inspector that you will find in the area! I was blown away with his post-inspection report and the ease of the online profile page that stores all the information to be easily accessed. Michael was extremely informative, and provided me with a personal walk-through to explain his findings post-inspection, including issues that could arise in the future. I do not think there was a square inch that Michael didn't assess from the roof to the tile floors, running all appliances, and even checking if our kitchen cabinets screws were tight. Based on Michael's attention to detail, we were able to purchase a new home confidently knowing it was safe. We even saved thousands after findings prompted several repairs to be made prior to closing by the seller due to Michael's highly detailed report. Not only is Michael a great inspector but he is a great person! I really felt that he valued my business and enjoys the work he does.
