Never received the TREC approved PDF report other than the Webview version only (which clearly states not an official report). My personal info (including name and home address) was forwarded to a third party (marketing agency) called Porch Home Assistant without informing me or acknowledgment. Absolutely regret hiring this inspector to do annual home owner's inspection. However, glad we hired him for the second time and learned he did a really poor job 3 years ago as well upon comparing both inspections (we hired him to do the inspection when we brought the house; didn't know much about home that time but comparing that report and current one, we are super surprised how poor job performed and major things he missed on the first report). Don't recommend him and won't be using him again.
