Dustin was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and quick to schedule around our needs. His attention to detail was truly impeccable—he even caught hidden issues that would normally go completely unnoticed during a standard home inspection. While moisture readings came back dry, he managed to uncover traces of black mold and evidence of leaks, correctly identifying a foreseeable issue with the water heater needing replacement in the near future. Beyond his sharp technical expertise, he was professional, easy to talk to, and highly patient. He answered all of our questions thoroughly without making us feel rushed or uninformed, which helped immensely in our decision-making process. I would highly recommend him to any home buyer or seller!

We had an excellent experience with Dusty Bottoms! He was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. He inspected every area of the home, used a drone to take detailed roof photos, and included plenty of pictures throughout the inspection report.
We especially appreciated his clear summary of items needing further improvement, repair, or evaluation. His honesty and attention to detail gave us the confidence to move forward with our home purchase. He even told us that, based on what he saw, this was a home he would buy himself—which meant a lot to us!
We highly recommend Dusty to anyone looking for a thorough, honest, and trustworthy home inspector.
