This was my first home inspection (first time buyer) and I was completely satisfied in the manner that this was carried out. Mr. Parker was on time, friendly and very thorough. He was so detailed in his findings and explained everything to me in terms I understood. My home is very old, built in 1914, and he knew exactly what to inspect and look for in a home of that age. Even though the weather was very, very hot that day, it did not keep him from going under the home nor on top of the roof. Highly recommended and 100% satisfied !

Eugene came highly recommended by our realtor - she praised his attention to detail and thoroughness. And she was right. Eugene spent about four hours at the house (it's only 1300 sq feet) and really went over it with a fine tooth comb. This is our first home purchase and we feel completely confident that Eugene brought anything and everything we could want to know about the house to our attention.
As a bonus - he encouraged us several times to call him if we had any questions after the inspection: in a week or five years from now - at no charge. He really seems like someone who wants to inform the home owners. Again, as a first time buyer, that's a crucial trait you want in a home inspector. He didn't try to rush the inspection. He's there to do the job - as long as it takes. USE HIM!
