We just bought our first home. Tony was referred to us by our realtor and we didn't know a ton about the home buying process. Tony is thorough, patient, kind and he definitely has his clients' interests at heart. He really took the time to explain everything he did during the inspection, why it mattered and even call out what he noticed. Like I mentioned, this process was our first for all of it. We never did any of this before and we had a lot of basic questions. Tony answered clearly and patiently, even if we may have been asking a dumb question. It didn't matter. He was there to check out our home and he wanted to make sure we knew everything. His report was so detailed and easy to understand that it made it easier to negotiate after the inspection, moreso than I anticipated. It was clear what he called out as needing immediate repair vs, something that was less urgent and he was available for questions and answers afterward. I think we waited less than 24 hours for the entire report, with the radon coming a little later as expected. Given the lightning speed at which it seeems we bought the house, we really appreciated this part. I think Tony's fee was fair, especially for the attention to detail he had for every aspect of our home. I highly recommend him to anyone needing a home inspector.
