Hey Fred, thanks a lot for your phone call and further explanation around the HVAC system. Regarding the cracked window, would you happen to know if it is possible to replace the one window pane that is cracked or is that pane actually one small section of a larger pane of glass. Sometimes the glass is actually one piece with a decorative grid and it's not clear to me if that's the case here. Not a show stopper but would be helpful to know and plan for. Thanks again Fred.
