Buying a home is an overwhelming process. Getting an inspection on a house that you’re buying is also overwhelming because you don’t know what issues the house will have. Dustin made the inspection process so easy! He answered my calls and all my questions every time. His price was also cheaper than the rest. The report came back with details and clear pictures, which made the report easy to review. I also loved being able to pay online, rather than mailing in a check or paying over the phone.

When I finally found a house, of course we need it inspected. Usually your realtor gives you some she/he suggest. Well I looked up reviews on those and wasn't impressed. I searched by Google, citrus inspectors and found a decent list.
Upon reading reviews I called a few. Wasn't impressed by the way I was spoken to by any of them, until I came across this awesome guy. His prices are great! And he's super good at what he does. Very thorough. Fast with getting the report finished! Very knowledgeable! Treated the inspection as if he was inspecting it for his own family! That is what mattered to me the most! He treated the job very professionally.
I used a different company in the past I wasn't happy with. I waited days to get the report and was charged more for less sqft. So I knew I didnt want to use them again!
