The is the second time we have used Kelleher Home Inspections LLC and Gary is great. He schedules quickly and gets the report finalized right away. The report is very detailed but still easy to understand. He is available to answer any questions and you also get lots of email communication and even reminders and tips. Gary Kelleher and his organization were easy to schedule and easy to use. My compliments to the website designer for its functionality. Gary was there right on time and reviewed the inspection with me while still on site. He showed me some specific items, which I really appreciated. He went into some detail about the water pressure and temperature. This was useful information to me. I would have liked to see more details on the supply plumbing, particularly to verify the conversion from copper to PEX tubing, as that has been an issue in our neighborhood. Nonetheless, Gary Kelleher was easily one of the most personable inspectors I've had the pleasure to work with. I would use him again with full confidence.

This was our first experience using Gary Kelleher. We thought Gary was very thorough and efficient, not to mention friendly. He went to work straightaway after introductions. After, he sat with us and went through everything he had done, and pointed out necessary fixes. He used a drone to check out the roof which was pretty impressive. He then sent us the report in full, explaining what should be done about the fixes. Then he sent a thank you note which in all the homes we've owned (50+) has never been done before. His knowledge of homes is impressive. We would recommend him highly and for sure use him again if we need to.
