Water leak issue: I guess they are going to bypass the water leak starting at the water heater by running the lines through the attic. The plumber doing the work is supposed to be very reputable. From everything i have read this seems to be a common practice. It says that the lines should be as close to the room ceiling as possible and be covered by the insulation or be separately insulated. Is this practice excepted from a inspector point of view. i don't want it to be an issue when i get ready to sell the home. Will you be going out to this property to reinspect. And by the way you have done very well at both properies.

Great experience the process was just simple.
