Igor was unbelievable thorough. Not only did he make recommendations for repairs that should be done but he gave helpful hints along the way to make us aware of things that could happen in and around the condo. For example, while not something the seller would need to repair, he suggested we cover certain openings inside cabinets to eliminate rodents/pests from entering. he also educated us on different types of filters for the heating and air system to help maintain the system and keep the air quality better. It may seem little but for new homeowners there is a lot to learn. Thanks Igor!
