Excellent experience with excellent customer service! My husband and I were a bit anxious about the inspection of a newly constructed home, but Russ put us at ease. Russ walked us through each phase of the inspection. He showed us his concerns and added any compliments to the builder. He also added historical information on the builder. Russ showed us the stress tests on the house that he implemented and explained why he conducted each test.
