Absolutely love the service Bob provides in his inspections. The detail he shows on his reports are great! I'm a single woman moving to Michigan from out of state and was buying my house sight unseen (except in a video walkthrough). I am far from being a handy woman and really didn't know what I should ask the seller to fix or not fix. In his report, he adds a summary of what he thinks are the important things to fix and that is what I went by to give back to my realtor. I would recommend Bob to inspect any house and septic/well for any home inspection!
