He was friendly, very professional, and accommodating. It was very easy to communicate and figure out both his and mine availability. He was flexible enough to schedule my inspection on Sunday morning so I didn't have to take time off from work which I greatly appreciated. What made him great:
He was very friendly & easy to talk to.
He allowed me to shadow him throughout the inspection process - within reason and within safety standards, e.g. I didn't go on the roof. He was very vocal about what he saw and provided recommendations if he saw any issues.
The report provided was incredibly detailed and included the same recommendations, with pictures and circles/arrows highlighting the issue we discussed the day of the inspection.
The best recommendation I can give is that I will be calling Rob again if/when the need arises.
