Lee did a very thorough and excellent job on our home inspection for a house we were considering purchasing in Thomasville, NC. It looked awesome from the superficial standpoint, but Lee really got in there and uncovered all the defects, including some Major ones that would need to be addressed. The report was very detailed with information and pictures of everything! Sellers declined making repairs and wanted to offer a small credit, which wouldn't have covered even half of what Lee uncovered there! So happy he saved us from purchasing this potential Money Pit! I would definitely use his services again, and highly recommend him!

We were very impressed with Lee Boyd's inspection. His prior experience in construction was evident in the way he carefully checked both the main items like the heating and A/C system and the small items like the way the bathroom sink didn't drain quickly enough. Access to some areas in the house was blocked and he was more than willing to return the next day to finish what he needed to check.
