I was recommended to Tim by my Team Leader almost 11 years ago and have been pleased with his work ever since. He has been my 'go to' Inspector. When I have used other inspection companies, either recommended by my clients or if Tim was not available, I have always been disappointed. Tim makes astute, factual observations about the homes he inspects and makes practical recommendations regarding the repair that should be made. When purchasing an existing home, my clients understand just about any home has some blemishes, let's call it character. Tim helps them focus on the mechanical and functional aspects of the home. When purchasing a new home, my clients understand that while there are municipal inspections, there really isn't a thorough inspection process and an independent Home Inspection is recommended. Tim has helped identify issues even on newly built and under construction homes. A pre-drywall and final inspection is always recommended.
