I walk every roof when possible, and if not possible due to roofing materials or safety, I use drone footage to inspect all the details. I thoroughly inspect tight attics and crawlspaces, because that is usually where the most concerning problems are located. I follow the InterNACHI standards of practice, but often go beyond the standard by including additional tools and technology like thermal imaging, gas detection, moisture meters, and carbon monoxide checks.
