Mr Coyle arrived promptly to conduct our home inspection for a property we were purchasing he took all the safety precautions as per the CDC guidelines; as the inspection started he was knowledgeable, thorough and took his time inspecting every inch of the entire home, garage and the outer perimeter around the property, he was prepared with all the necessary equipment to complete his inspection, he took lots of pictures and documented his finding in chronological order, the inspection lasted approximately 3 1/2 hours, his prices are reasonable.
