If you are in need of a home inspection look no further than Jamie Schaefer. His professionalism and thoroughness are beyond reproach. I recently had a home inspection completed by Jamie and was amazed by the results. Jamie was extremely thorough yet quick in conducting his inspection which lasted about an hour. I received his detailed report within a few hours of the inspection. And when I say detailed, I really mean it. The report contained dozens of photos with each one having a detailed description of what you were looking at and even some ways to remedy a problem if one was seen. Some of the photos even contained arrows which pointed directly to a problem area. Thanks to Jamie we are now able to prioritize and determine which areas of the home will require our immediate attention and which can be done down the road. If you are considering buying a home I would very highly recommend him.

If you took the first time home buyer's class you'll know a Home Inspector is a must, but who to choose is the big question. I am recommending Mr. James Schaefer to be your first choice because of my experience with him. He was very informative during the inspection and has valuable knowledge. He also answered all questions and address my concerns promptly. After his Home Inspection I was in a better position to negotiate confidently for a reduced price because of hidden issues. I also received a free one (1) year termite service contract. After the job was done he would still answer his phone to give advice. We selected Jamie to perform the inspection of a home we are buying and could not be happier with the services he provided. First, we wanted the inspection to be scheduled very fast and he gladly made the time to be available the very next day, and he was punctual for the appointment.
