Jim Pasinetti completed three home inspections for me during the summer of 2022. On each inspection he was extremely thorough examining any sign of deterioration, infestation, incomplete work, hidden wires, and so much more. Because of his propensity to be thorough, he identified issues that another inspection may have very well have missed. Major issues were pointed out on the spot which was very much appreciated.
