We relocated from Florida to the Charlotte-area and had concerns about the home inspection process when we were ready to purchase. As buyers, we wanted assurance that we would receive an honest, thorough, accurate, and high-quality inspection. We contacted the the American Society of Home Inspectors who recommended three ASHI-certified home inspectors and one of them was Mr. Kossler. We decided to give Mr. Kossler a call. In my opinion, it was the best the call that we made during the process. Mr. Kossler conducted the home inspection using ASHI standards which are superior to SC and NC home inspection standards, and he performed the inspection in expert fashion. He was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and was a pleasure to work with on the day of the inspection. And, as promised, he followed up his excellent customer service with a detailed report within 24-hours of the inspection. We highly recommend Mr. Kossler and Castle Home & Building Inspections.
