Kevin was not only personable, but he was also professional. I hired Kevin to perform an inspection, along with termite check, on a house I am in the process of purchasing. He was able to inspect the house at 2pm and I had a 72 page report full of pictures and details by 6pm. When I did my initial walkthrough of the property, I noticed a few things wrong with it, but Kevin's report brought out a ton of things that I would have never thought to look for. I will be using this report as a valuable tool with every contractor that I hire to fix up my new house.
Beyond the report, he was available to answer several questions about the property that I had and provided timely responses via email. I definitely will recommend him as a house inspector to anyone that asks my opinion and will use him for any future purchases.

Kevin was extremely professional and very thorough in his report. He had very good attention to detail, look at things very closely. We really liked that in his report, he includes picture documentation along with explanation as to what concerns are. His report was written up that same day and by the end of the day, we had a copy of the report. He was on time (actually there a few minutes early).

I just like to say, that the report Kevin prepared is as thorough as I've ever seen. There were things in the house that even myself, a civil engineer and been in construction for over 10 years, would not have caught. Scheduling him was quick and easy and he certainly works with you on a day and time. Kevin inspected the property within 24 hours of first contact which was most important due to option period. The report was ready within a few hours after the inspection was complete. The report was very thorough and specific. The pictures were clearly labeled for clarity and supplemented all his comments appropriately. I met Kevin at the property and he was very courteous and professional. I would highly recommend Kevin and I would hire him again myself if needed in the future!
